Requirements:

To administer office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, refreshments, etc)

To administer all HR operations & benefits functions (leave administration, staff attendance record, etc)

Diploma/Degree, those with Human Resource Management qualification would be an added advantage.

At least 2-3 years relevant experience in HR & Admin functions.

PC literate and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

Good analytical and problem-solving capability.

Pleasant and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a highly dynamic environment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
