Responsibilities:
The Designer shall provide SEASONAL DIRECTION PROPOSAL such as:-
1. PRODUCT PROGRESSION – what is next for our product?
2. TECHNICAL INNOVATION – bonding, welding, seam-sealing.
3. LIFESTYLE INNOVATION – washing, wet-processes.
4. STYLING & DETAIL UPDATE –Finishing, Stitch effects, Detail Construction (pockets, hoods, collars).
5. MATERIAL INNOVATION
6. EMBELLISHMENT – New print techniques, Applique & Treatments
7. MARKET KNOWLEDGE – what are other brands doing? what is good for us?
Requirements:
Candidate must possess good fashion product and design background at an current and relevant International level.
Being innovative & commercially creative.
Able to create ranges and details which is suitable for our product type & relevant for our customer.
Possess current market knowledge, including competition benchmarks.
Good commercial understanding i.e. capable of realizing developments in production.
Able to work with customers in a constructive and progressive way.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
