Requirements:

A strong background in solving challenging back-end problems combined with usable and compelling graphical interfaces

Commercial experience in Web Site Development would be good

Excellent knowledge of Content Management Systems, SQL, and PHP (Object Oriented) or ASP.NET 2.0/3.5(C#)

Experience in developing efficient, usable web-based applications.

Cross browser, cross-platform XHTML development

Additional Skills : Javascript, Actionscript, CSS and AJAX
