Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification

Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants

At least 5 years experience with Property Development (preferably a Public Listed Company)

Result oriented and resourceful

Strong leadership, a good team player, analytical, and negotiation skills

Strong presentation skills in a variety of formal presentation settings

Able to work independently and to work extra hours

Good command of spoken and written English

Good interpersonal and communication skills
