Responsibilities:
Drafting, review, vet and negotiate various agreements (particularly in Tanancy Agreement), standard legal documentations, manage disputes and litigious issues, and matters relating to intellectual properties (Trade Mark).
Analyzing risk toward litigation proceedings and liaison with our external solicitors.
To conduct research on legal related matters and keep abreast of developments of the laws relevant to the company's business.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree of Law.
Preferable 2 year working experience in legal field preferably mixed in both litigation and conveyancing.
Called to the Malaysian BAR would be an added advantage.
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills both with internal and external parties.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to work in fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines.
