Responsibilities:
To assist the General Manager of Sales & Marketing in providing technical support to the team and clients.
To provide excellent customer service and technical ideas / expertise / benefits on product related matters to clients and to assist them to achieve their production target.
To assist in determining clients product specification and requirements.
To perform trial run at clients site to ensure product compliant.
To perform thorough investigation on all product complaint.
To conduct complaint meeting periodically to resolve clients product issues.
 
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical/Polymer/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Sciences or equivalent disciplines from accredited institutions of higher learning.
At least 2 to 3 years working experience in Technical field.
Some knowledge of tobacco, converting, plastic, and labelling industry is an advantage.
Strong English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good in MS Word, Excel and Power point for client presentation. 
Local and overseas travelling is required.
