Responsibilities:
Take incoming telephone enquiries and send the delivery order to the accorded F&B outlet.
To inform customers of available food items and promotions.
Capture all relevant and needed information on the system used to ensure enough information is recorded.
Receiving and delivering orders through in-house systems.
To check on order status.
Make any ad-hoc outgoing calls to customers as required to resolve any outstanding queries.
Requirements:
Diploma holders and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Non-diploma holder with customer service experience may be considered.
Experience is not needed but would be an added advantage.
Must be able to communicate well with an excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
Ability to communicate and understand the customers’ requests and respond accordingly.
Ability to calm an emotional or distressed customer and responding to the enquiry in a professional manner.
Excellent telephone skills.
Good tone of voice.
Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive frame of mind.
Possess ability to prioritize a good sense of judgment and display aptitude for accurate decision making.
Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Must be able to work flexible hours and on shifts.
