1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in quality control, product and process, candidate with knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be an added advantage.
Supervise and train a team of Inspectors so as to ensure the competency of job assigned.
To ensure the Inspectors carry out quality checks and inspection accordingly
Prepare QA monthly performance report, certificate of compliance, outgoing inspection and etc.
Revise and update QA documents as per ISO requirements.
Co-ordinate capillary cleaning activities.

Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:
Handle full sets of accounts
Prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly, annual accounts and financial management reports
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and policies
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Compute company taxation and liaise with external tax agents
Liaise with internal and external auditors and coordinate the audit process
Prepare quarterly service tax statements and statistics reporting
In charge of inventory system including cost analysis, update and maintenance of product standard cost
Support product cost analysis and reporting

Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
Min. 2 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts
A team player who is able to work under tight deadlines
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles
5.5 work week
