Responsibilities:
To manage and maintain the development team
To develop detailed design, test plan, coding and unit testing
Consistently deliver assignments adhering to functional specifications, quality standards and project schedules
An expert in identifying and understanding problems and opportunities. This includes the ability to articulate the needs that are associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized.
In depth knowledge and understanding of Software Development methodologies
Ensure coding and unit testing are in accordance with System Development Lifecycle.
Participate in user-requirement study; assist in the preparation of requirement specifications in accordance to users' needs.
Conduct technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyse user requirements, and recommend solutions.
Preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications.
Perform system and integration testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation.
Provide production support and resolve issues.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Visual Basic, PHP, ASP.NET, Java, MS SQL Server, MYSQL.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Wangsa Maju.
Knowledge of in any of the following current technological trends in the software development industry, i.e.: Object Oriented Design and Programming, multi-tier software architecture, component architecture, web based technologies, SOA, authentication/security etc.
Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong passion for programming and strong analytical skills.
Must be pro-active, a good team player and strong self-starter.
Team leader who is able to effectively meet deadlines.
Independent and quick learner.
