Responsibilities:
Thorough understanding of HR processes and activities
Work closely with all Section Heads to ensure optimal headcounts based on productivity-based resources and company's objectives through annual manpower planning and quarterly forecasting
Develop and drive learning and development initiatives to ensure training and development plans are in place for employees
Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF etc
A strategic thinker yet hands-on, with strong ability to work under pressure and able to multitask effectively
Well-versed with local Employment Act and statutory guidelines.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Chinese and Japanese are added advantage
Fluent in English is a must
Must have sound knowledge of Employment act, Industrial Relations act, Malaysia Employment Law
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
