Diploma holder (minimum) in any related field. Good command of written and spoken English. Preferably having a basic in Accounting. Minimum 2 years experience in related field. Familiar with Microsoft Office application.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotation, invoice, delivery order, shipment schedules and other assigned sales/accounting reports.
Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts which include attending to customer inquiries on the status of outstanding inventory.
Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure all sales related issues are solved in an effective and timely manner.
Requirements:
