Responsibilities:
To report to Sales Manager.
Responsible for achieving revenue growth and profitability target
Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers/subsidiaries and ensure timely collections of revenue
Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommend and execute appropriate pricing and distribution straregies to echieve the desired sales and profit results
Prepare forecast of future sales, expansion plan and product diversification
To ensure the product meet customers expectation ( quality, quantity, accessibllility, timeliness ).
Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team in meeting sales target
Requirements:
Min degree in business and/or sales/marketing
A strong background in sales and proven good track record
Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage effectively across all levels
High analytical thinker, pro-active and result-oriented
Commercially savvy with good insights into consumer and market trends
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Have pleasant personality and disposition
EXPERIENCE IN FMCG
Willingness to work beyond the normal working hours, working on rest days/public holidays and traveling as part of the sales task.
