Responsibilities:
Liaise with solicitors and bankers with relation to legal documentations
To perform administrative support activities for the department.
To ensure that all legal documents are carried out accordingly and effectively.
To monitor the process of loan documentation to ensure speedy completion in order for end-financiers to release progress payments.
To assist in new property sales launch and marketing.
To attend to billings, collections, correspondence and follow up with purchasers on their loans to ensure prompt payment by liaising with their lawyers and bankers.
To assist in updating records into the company's database
To prepare any other reports as required by the Head of Department/ Management.
To prepare, process, and check the documents relating to Sales and Purchase Agreement, Transfers, Loans, Sub-sales, Tenancies etc.
Generate progress billings, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, renoticing, allocation, late interest advise, refund payment & other relevant documents from IFCA system
To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills with good command in English.
Preferably Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
