Responsibilities:
•To head the Finance department, overseeing Banking & Treasury; Accounting & Reporting;
 Financial
•Planning & Analysis; Cash Flow Management, and assisting in Business Decision-Making.
•Be a partner to the CEO in the efficient management of the operations and serve as focal point for
  all financial issues pertaining to the operations.
•Review, develop, implement, maintain and improve financial or internal systems control within Corporate policies guidelines; Sales Administration, credit control and cash management
•Ensure timely and accurate completion and compliance of all required statutory reporting to ensure good corporate governance, on a quarterly basis.
•Responsible for timely and accurate consolidation of financial and management reporting on monthly basis
•Evaluate the organizations financial and business performance and provide analysis and interpretation of the performance as well as input / recommendations to management
•Rigorous cash flow management, forecasting, tax and treasury management
•Budgeting, planning and forecasting
•Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, bankers as well as other relevant authorities
•Ensuring compliance with the reporting requirements of Head Office, including quarterly and annual reporting
•Provide support to senior management on business/commercial and operational matters/issues, leading / driving special projects, as and when required

Requirements:
•Professional Degree in accountancy, ACCA, CIMA, MBA a plus
•At least 5 years working experience in the accounting /finance field, 3 years in audit
•Strong leadership and entrepreneurship character
•Experience in Consumer & FMCG preferred
•Background Experience in Operational finance & Finance Business Partnerships
•Must be proficient in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Applicants must be willing to work in TAMAN INDUSTRIES BOLTON,BATU CAVES.
Full-Time positions available.
