Responsibilities:
Cold calls into targeted accounts to introduces MEDs, identify decision makers, foster new account relationships and set up appointments for outside sales staff when applicable for support in closing large opportunities, program based and sustainable sales opportunities.
Responding to customer request, quoting, and any follow up on customer related issues.
Monitoring all account activity and supporting the team in assuring consistent account communication with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Work and communicate closely with Sales & Product team on sales activity and progress.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Only Chinese or Malay Female
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
