Responsibilities:
To ensure customers requests,enquiries and complaints are well attended and responded promptly.
Maintain the existing clients by taking care of their new enquiry.
To provide general administrative support to overseas.
To perform others duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent certificate or higher education level
At least 1 to 2 years working experience
Able to do multitask and to work well under pressure and independently
Pleasant personality and able to interact well with all levels
Required to travel as and when necessary and possess own transport
Proficiency in English and Mandarin and other languages(such as Japanese)are an added advantage
