Ensure the Daily Collection Advice (DCA) Reports attach with the bank slip and remittance advise.
Key in collection under Maybank bank in by customers.
Ensure that all Daily Collection Reports fax by Sales Executives are attached with bank slip before keying in the System.
Update all collection, contra & adjusments daily into Command Series.
Update refund of Over Payment into Command Series.
Ensure all the faulty entries are to void in the system.
Reconcile the payment collection with the bank statement.

Sales Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities:
To ensure customers requests,enquiries and complaints are well attended and responded promptly.
Maintain the existing clients by taking care of their new enquiry.
To provide general administrative support to overseas.
To perform others duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent certificate or higher education level
At least 1 to 2 years working experience
Able to do multitask and to work well under pressure and independently
Pleasant personality and able to interact well with all levels
Required to travel as and when necessary and possess own transport
Proficiency in English and Mandarin and other languages(such as Japanese)are an added advantage
