Responsibilities:
Role involves providing executive administrative support that facilitates the overall efficiency of the organization through clear communication, scheduling, follow up, on time deliverables, organize, resourceful, plan and a proactive approach to administrative duties.
Manage meeting and travel arrangement both domestically and internationally.
Field and review internal and external inquires and requests diplomatically, escalating high priority issues and redirecting specific issues to appropriate manager.
Manager executive schedules, meeting planning, and other traditional support functions as required, including meeting and travel arrangements, and coordinating calendar.
Take on ad hoc projects or support key organization projects to assist with internal employee meetings or conferences, customer events, marketing training events etc.
Able to meet deadline pressure and managing multiple demands for critical deliveries with accuracy and grace.
Must have strong planning and follow up skills and be able to think ahead to plan contingencies.
Handles occasional research projects, issue monthly reports, supports budget reconciliation
Adhere to confidentiality of information around.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent.
International experience is a plus as corporate organization works worldwide.
Experienced in project management with ability to handle multiple projects & tasks.
High attention to detail, and excellent follow up and planning skills. Must be able to understand, handle and schedule multiple priorities
Must have highly collaborative approach in working with client teams and cross organizationally
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
Must represent values of the organization of teamwork, respect, accountability, integrity and innovation. Person with high energy and optimistic outlook will be most successful.
Roles requires ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
Must be flexible with work schedule (i.e work hours that may require arriving early or staying late to meet deadlines.
Position requires expert proficiency in the operation of PC and related software, especially competent with PowerPoint and Excel.
Demonstrates high administrative skills.
Min 8-10 years in corporate environment supporting executive level.
