Responsibilities:
The Account Executive/Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. In addition, this role should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
 
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Conceptualize strategies for campaigns that are aligned with clients’ brand and business goals.
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project’s development to all stakeholders
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth.  Work in tandem with sales to build new business
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

Requirements:
Meticulous and detailed oriented
Ability to strategize social and viral marketing initiatives
Strong knowledge of social media platformsand having knowledge of social media technologies is a plus
Self-motivated, able to multitask and think on the feet in a fast-pace environment
Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
