Responsibilities:
To Screen through all incoming calls and ensure they are transfer to the respective person in charge.
To perform clerical and administrative duties such as courier/despatch, monitoring office stationeries and supplies.
Ensure office areas are clean and tidy at all times.
Filing of all administration correspondence documents.
PA to General Manager
Assist Sales Team in coordinating their customers’ request, quotation, dealing with customers and distributors. 
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM or equivalent
At least 1 to 2 years working experience
Good command in verbal and written English
Good telephone etiquette skills
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate is a must
Possess positive attitude and have a pleasant personality
Fresh graduates are encouraged  to apply
