Responsibilities:
Responsible for functionality of in trade coolers.
Responsible for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for in trade coolers.
Submit weekly, monthly report for management review.
Responsible to setup all service related activities, and to be process in SAP.
Responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance for in trade coolers.
Periodically audit preventive maintenance performed by service provider.
Responsible for breakdown maintenance.
Ensure all breakdown maintenance is attended within required response time.
To visit customers’ site, verify all tasks carried out by Vendor.
Manage and resolve customers’ complaint.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (running a service function) or equivalent.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel (40%)
