Responsibilities:
Handle A/C payable (payment by cheques, BA, LC & TR).
Handle petty cash claims.
Handling accounting data entry, matching document and day to day operations of accounting functions.
Handling creditors reconciliation.
Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
Able to provide assistance on timely management reporting , closing of month end account and annual audit.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage.
Computer literate preferably in accounting software knowledge.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
