Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager / Sales & Marketing Director to Plan, Organize and coordinate the Sales & Marketing department and all aspects of sales & marketing support to the Company. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as management reporting, business planning, marketing plans, new market plans, new market penetration, customer relations, canvassing / developing new customers, market intelligence, achieving objectives, management reporting, business planning and any related business / sales / marketing initiatives, budgeting, forecasting.
Ensures that all sales & marketing activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Amalgamate existing structures and resources to ensures efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Chemistry/Food Tech/ Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
At least 5 years of working exposure in the related field with major exposure in Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
Candidates with exposure to edible oil / palm oil refinery industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
High level of integrity, drive and result oriented. Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines.
Exposure to hands-on sales & marketing initiative a prerequisite.
Must be willing to travel extensively both locally and overseas.
