Responsibilities:
Well verse in Employment Act/ Industrial Relation Act and other relevant statutory requirement, policies or regulations;
Actively involved handling disciplinary issues, staff grievances, labor disputes, conduct Domestic Inquiry and workers counseling;
Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension/termination, resignations, transfer and/ or other movements of staff and ensure relevant forms are completed timely;
Manage personnel administration such as employee welfare administration, overtime and leave management;
Develop, implement & execute of HR initiatives/ activities;

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sitiawan Perak.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
