Responsibilities:
Oversee for overall marketing administrative-related projects and activities, including daily operation, documentation and inventory, computerized system and process improvement and marketing sales support.
To supervise and manage for the order processing for local, East Malaysia and Export Customer for the company.
To provide back office support for Accounts Holders by providing services such as temporary reservation, on hold delivery instruction, customer analysis and collection reports.
To coordinate with several departments such as Production Planning, Logistics, Quality Assurance and Account department.
Handle quality complaint correspondence to customers. Raise inspection request as per requirement and reply to customer on the compensation as per advice from management.
To prepare periodically and forecast report and any other related issues to the management
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field preferably from manufacturing environment
Possess experience in Marketing administrative operation, sales coordination and customer service
Familiar with ISO system and ERP is an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills at all levels and time management skills
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Pro-active and able to perform varied tasks under minimum supervision
Good computer knowledge
Possess own transport
