Responsibilities:
    To coordinate with relevant production departments in order to convey customer requirements to the relevant personnel successfully.
    To review customers PO and overall production planning and control for related products.
    To follow up on daily sub-contractor or customers delivery arrangement.
    To monitor daily production output and follow up problem occurred.
    To prepare part sample, monitor the submission and follow up with the customer for the outcome.
    To plan and follow up arrangement for new parts set up.
    To monitor weekly production rejection rate and propose corrective and preventive action.
    To follow up with customers claims.

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
    Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
    ability to converse in Japanese language will be added advantages.
    Having good interpersonal and intra-personal skills and are computer literates.
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

    Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
