Responsibilities:
To assist in conducting market research & analysis, conceptualisation & preparation of promotional materials
To assist in planning & implementation of business plan
To assist in coordinating sales & marketing activities & review existing promotional materials
To assist in formulating sales & marketing strategies & concepts
Attend to sales inquiries, presentation & solicit sales
To prepare weekly / monthly sales & marketing report
To develop & maintain good relationship with existing & potential customers
To liaise with the media agencies for promotional activities

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
Sales & Marketing Executives related experience in Property / Real Estate or equivalent
Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Applicant must also be results driven & resourceful
