Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop, supervise and lead a team of designers to deliver final design and meet project timeline
Work closely with sales team, project management, suppliers and contractors and conduct meeting from time to time
Responsible for preparation of tender documents, quotations, bill of quantity, and similar documents
Carry out material sourcing and responsible for contract management to ensure quality, budget and timeline control
Identify training and development needs within the organization through training needs analysis and skill matrix
Responsible to organize training program, conduct in-house training program including induction training to the new hired
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading architectural and interior design publications

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Interior/Architecture Design.
Required skill(s): InteriCad, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, AdobePhotoShop, AutoCad.
Required language(s): English or Chinese.
Preferred 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.

Related training experience will be an advantage.
