Responsibilities:
Administer and process staffs leave records, medical, socso and insurance applications and other claims.
Compile, tabulate and analyse monthly HR and other ad-hoc reports.
Maintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee relations issues, grievances and counselling on work- related problems and act as a communication channel between Management and employees to maintain good relationship.
Provide general and operational administrative support by attending to the administrative needs of the office and staff.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences/Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience preferably.
PC literate and well versed with Microsoft Office applications and payroll system.
Highly motivated with excellent analytical and leadership skills and ability to handle multitasks with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act essential
Experience in a Retail or Hospitality Industry
