Responsibilities:
Indentify new and follow up any potential business opportunities by being proactive in the market place.
Identify customers need and provide appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical and sales teams within Fresenius Medical Care.
Provide monthly report to Business Manager on all sales activities.
Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service and support to renal units/dialysis related equipment.
To provide technical support to Clinical Resource Nurse in trials and installation.
To manage spare part stocks in hand, returned and faulty stock.
Educate customer on the operations of Fresenius machines.
Maintain proper documentation, record and update technical database on breaks down attended.
Conduct periodical preventive maintenance
Conduct user and technical training.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
Position is to be based in Kota Kinabalu.
Willing to  be based  in HQ for 3 to 6 month (s) for training.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel outstation in short notice
Posses good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be aggressive and able to work independently but also in team work.
