Responsibilities:
Overall Role Purpose:

Manages day to day delivery of various service lines to desired revenue, quality, and expense targets.
Includes business development, working with client partners, subcontractors, scheduling, weekly forecasting, invoicing, resolving project issues, assessing quality of delivery, tracking utilization, etc.
Manages and effectively deploys strategic operations initiatives.
Assumes primary responsibility for achieving operational objectives (productivity, marketing, reporting requirements, etc.) for the business unit. Interacts with functional areas to change, modify, or delete ineffective processes.
Serves as key resource in escalation and resolution of operational issues while directing, managing, and coordinating the activities associated with the business unit operations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Technology: Identifies and leads the evaluation of any emerging technologies that can potentially benefit the business' operations and initiates thorough evaluations/benchmarks of the technology to determine potential benefits.
People: Acts as a resource by providing program management services, guidance, and methodologies across the organization.
Customer: Acts as the implementation liaison between the client and engineering, service delivery, operations, and product development to ensure the specific product/service details are addressed, expectations are met, and services delivered in a timely fashion.
Business: Oversees the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of business unit operations.
Financial: Makes budgetary recommendations to business unit president.
Typical Outputs and Deliverables: Business Process Guidelines ,Operating Schedules,Process Flowcharts, Budgets , Reports and Analyses
Leadership Competencies

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Competency in managing large scale operations and distributed / virtual teams within Asia (North & South)
Familarity with any of the following Technology domains will be an added advantage:
Ø  ETS – End-User Technology Services: desktop management, SOE customization & testing, s/w distribution, end-point security and patch management, application packaging, e-Inventory mgmt, managed print services, PC backup& restore and virtual desktop management.
Ø  Collaborative services: electronic mail messaging, sharepoint, blackberry enterprise, mobility device management
Ø  Field Services: IMACs, desk side support, break-fix, premium VIP support

Competency in ITIL and service management framework
Ability to manage and drive service improvement and leveraging of resources in region
