Responsibilities:
- - Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure in various datacenters.
- - Ensures system hardware, operating systems, software systems and peripherals are in good working condition to serve our users and its operational purposes.
- - Undertand the system requirements and its security risk and take necessary precautions to reduce the risk.
- - Diagnose, solve or implement workaround solution for system malfunction or problems.
- - Automate and improve the existing workflow for efficiency.
Requirements:
- - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, creative, hardworking, modest and good team work.
- - Willing to learn, explore new technology and able to work independently.
- - Experienced in Linux, Windows, networking, database and scripting languages.
- - Willing to standby after office hour and work overtime to solve system problem.
- - Good command of CHINESE AND basic command of English/Malay to liaise with our China/Taiwan and oversea partners.
- - Strong passion in new technologies and gadgets. Experience in Cloud computing is a plus.
