Responsibilities:
Shall apply the approved industrial engineering policies, to improve operating performance, reduce cost, waste, delays and to promote a high level of efficiency. Determine root cause corrective or preventive action plan regarding the work flows.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics with at least 5 years working experience in heavy industry or manufacturing environment.
Other related education background with sufficient working experience are welcome.
Technical skills and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Pro-E skills will be an added advantage.
Those with exposure in steel manufacturing environment or braided hose machinery are encourage to apply.
Posseses strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations with ability to lead industrial projects.
