Responsibilities:
Develop and analyse reports for performance monitoring with business commentaries
Monitor actual performance against KPIs  and analyse the variances and share insights in areas of cost management (A&P, Gross Margin, Opex)
Provide support and analysis on pricing reviews
Ensure that all the projects that are classified for progress billing are billed timely
Ensure full understanding of budget definitions and delivers to the various stakeholders
Ensure the budget process is in compliance with the budget guidelines
Ensure accuracy of budget reports
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to finalize audited accounts
Draw up and share will all the stake holders on Finance process and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance team.
Product costing including continual maintenance of SLC listing
Ensure that the debts with interco suppliers are reduced on a monthly basis
Management of Bank Guarantee request by internal customer and monitoring of facility availability
Review bank reconciliations monthly
Prepare cash flow forecasts monthly
Ensure sufficient cash flow for operations & propose management of excess funds
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Shared Service Centre are achieved and updates are provided to the Finance Manager

Requirements:
Professional qualification, ACCA or equivalent and an MIA/CPA member
At least 3 years experience post qualification
Experiences in using ERP and Business Intelligence system
Proficient in Microsoft excel
Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively summarise and interpret complex data
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate financial analysis to non-financial people
Able to provide insights linking financial and business elements
Broad understanding on commercial aspects of assigned areas
Good understanding of business strategic objectives
Good understanding of business processes and activities and the underlying income and cost drivers
Highly organized, with an ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
