Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline. At least 2-3 years working experience in Sales And Marketing of property related products, leasing and advertising and promotion activities. High degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communications skills.
Responsibilities:
To develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and programme for properties in order to meet launch dates and sales targets.
Work closely with the project team in project planning and design of the properties in line with market requirements, conduct market surveys and research and assist in the leasing activities of the properties
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline
At least 2-3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing of property related products, leasing and advertising and promotion activities
Experience in property development an added advantage
High degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communications skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Able to take up challenges
Knowledge of Mandarin / Chinese Language would be an advantage.
