Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in manages the entire direct and indirect materials use.
To oversee all purchasing matters and ensure that the activities are carried out effectively.
To cover sourcing, negotiation, material cost reduction, planning and purchasing all direct and indirect materials.
Sourcing for vendors and maintain the Approval Supplier List.
To co-ordinate and negotiate with supplier on delivery, quality, cost and service.
To plan and purchase raw materials, control delivery to meet inventory stock turns.
To ensure that all purchased items are delivered on time.
To review all Purchase Requisition and control on Purchase Order.
To review and monitor all vendors performance at interval.
Monitor and control the stock at optimum level.
To ensure no production stoppage due to shortage of materials.
Approval on materials that issued out to the production.
Accountable for continuous improvement of purchases activities.
To complete promptly the assignment that assigned by superior from time to time.
To have good co-operation among all the subordinates and lead them to achieve company's goal.
Carry out task according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949 requirements.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer literate.
Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field for plastic injection molding industry.
Strong negotiation skill and able to work independently.
Good working attitude, initiative and discipline.
Good communication and interpesoanl skill.
Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
