Responsibilities:
To oversea and supervise the operations of F&B outlets to meet sales and operations target.
 
Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management / Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in F & B / Restaurant services.
Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.  Knowledge of Mandarin & Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation.
Goodcommunication & negotiation skill & able to build strong rapport with customers.
Ability to work on weekend & public holiday.
