Responsibilities:
Experience in pre and/or post contract administration.
Quantity take off.
To prepare progress claims, variation order claims and final accounts.
To check actual site measurements for project valuation.
Well versed in costing/administration of contract.
Knowledge in project costing.

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
5 years of relevant working experience (for Senior QS) and 3 years experience (for QS) in quantity surveying (pre and/ or post contract).
Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Computer literate.
