Responsibilities:
To handle commercial / trade A/C.
To review & analyze the cases before proceeding with recovery
To conduct phone call to recover debt
To negotiate witrh debtor on the outstanding settlement
To monitor payment by debtors and to conduct follow-up calls to remind debtors on payment amount & payment date
To assist in any disputes and clarifications pretaining to the debt and feedback to the clients
To ensure that proper workflow is adhered to and all resources are exhausted before recommending for further actions or closure of debts
To ensure that all cases are handled in a most proffessional manner

Requirements:
Relevant experience in debt recovery (Commercial / Trade A/C).
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in credit control or financial related industries.
Positive attitude, energetic, proactive, self-motivated and work under pressure.
Execellent communcation skills and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
Mutilingual, with a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin in a an added advantage.
