Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Regional Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small team and managing the preparation and monthly submission of management reports, relevant analysis and supporting documentation.

Streamlining processes, you will ensure regulatory compliance with government requirements and internal controls. You will also manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance to all processes and requirements. In addition, you will execute budgets, develop schedules and enforces policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful, the candidate should possess a recognized Accounting qualification with a minimum of seven (7) years' of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. A results-oriented team leader, you must have strong communication and people management skills and are proactive with drive and assertiveness.
