Responsibilities:
Procurement of materials per the requirement loaded in the system.
To ensure healthy supply chain and achieve 0% down time.
Execution of PO rescheduling to ensure adequate materials to support build plan and meeting the inventory goal.
Handling of problematic invoices and settlement of payment issues.
Coordinate with supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods / inventory.
Performed any other tasks delegated by immediate supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Admin Executive (2 positions)
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.

2. Admin Clerk (2 positions)
With / without  experience.
