Responsibilities:
This is a new position and the jobscope is as follows : -
Jobscope : -
1) Assist the Operations Manager in the implementation of new projects and this involves planning, project management, training of staff, providining guidance at ground level, monitoring and reporting. 70% of job.
2) Assist in refinement of Customer Relations Management in terms of Members Benefits, Cross Promotions and customer service policies refinement involving researching, reporting. facilitating feedback, forwarding to management committee for decision, communication internally and externally.
3) Assist in product development of value added functions and services for our customers involving market research, product seach, reporting, implementation plans, tracking plans.
4) Other projects as company need arises and assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Aman (Near Damansara Damai).
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
