Responsibilities:
He/She will works closely with Business Partners and Business Subject Matter Experts in definition, testing, training, implementation and support of functional requirements of INMY projects.
He/She is also expected to project manage non-flagship (moderate to small) projects
Liaise between business and the Regional Change/Software delivery teams to ensure that requirements are translated in a way that is well understood by technology partners and technology solutions are understood by business
Participates in full systems development cycle to ensure comprehensive, timely and a high quality outcome of the assigned projects,
Assists in developing project plans using the Group’s RBPM project management tool to ensure that business requirements are satisfied, implementation is on time and within budget
Assists in the production of executive management reports to keep management apprised of project status, risk and issues of the assigned projects
Represent the team in Risk coordination and Compliance work

Requirements:
Experience and Skills

Any other professional IT qualifications/certification with the relevant work experience can be considered.
Solid facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Solid organizational, analytical and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with Group executives and externally with parties such as lawyers, accountants, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with all levels of management
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with busines partners
Technical and insurance operational experience will be an added advantage though not mandatory.
