Responsibilities:
Perform general and administrative duties
Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system
Handle basic correspondence and documentation
Answering in-coming phone calls and tranferring them to the respective departments
Supervise general office maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or a diploma.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time positions available.
Knows basic accounting skiils. (if any)
Computer literate
Positive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility, result oriented, observant, able to work independently & a team player.
