Responsibilities:
To assist Chairman in monitoring local and/or overseas sales and projects.
To assist in correspondence with overseas customers and CRM (customer relationship management).
Work with the CEO to maximize the efficiency for business development opportunities and strengthening ties with client.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and business associates.
Perform general secretarial duties in support of Chairman’s office.
Assume any other duties assigned from time to time.
Travel with Chairman (local and overseas) when required.
Requirements:
Good command of English, Malay and Mandarin (spoken & written).
Preference will be given to those who have working experience in similar field.
Self-starter and well organised.
Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
