Restaurant Manager - Asst Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
Be a Role Model and having a “customer come first” attitude, in a way to ensure all staff is delivering a good customer service experience and a profitable operation.
Provides coaching and direction to the restaurant operations team to take action and to achieve operational goals. Constantly reviews restaurant Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC).
Plans, identifies and communicates to restaurant operations team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Ensure restaurant operations team is adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Utilizes and provides direction to staff during their shift on the use of operational tools to achieve operational excellence.
Acts as a coach and mentor to staff by using discretion in assessing performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve staff performance, and effectively recommending employment decision to your immediate superior.
Contributes toward outlet profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, managing appropriate inventory and cost of goods control, and demonstrating control of labour cost.
Completes daily, weekly and monthly financial report with or without immediate superior.
Ensures all cash handling and cash register functions are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or Business study.
At least 2 years working experience. Including 1 year in customer service experience and 1 year in a reputable food and beverage chain restaurant / café in managerial position.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu & Chinese (will be an added advantage).
Computer literate & independent.
Possess own transport and able to transfer within the company.
Work Station: Kuala Lumpur / Johor Bahru / Ipoh.
