Responsibilities:
To process initiatives & reservation for the approved marketing program
To reconcile the marketing invoice against reservation and process payment
To interface with marketing team, cross functional team or customer
To update designated tracker & ensure completeness of the incoming request & enquiry
Provide monthly accrual feedback for fully reserve (fully approved reservation only) and pre-reserve reports according to the current global accrual process: Expense, Revenue Reduction, Perform Month-End Variance Explanations and Re-classes of expense
Maintenance of Reservation closures aged and/or expired
Support Ad-hoc Request - Provide historical spend analysis, Supplier/Customer account analysis and reconciliation, Urgent payment issues

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates or with minimum experience experience in Finance, General Accounting, Marketing or equivalent are encourage to apply for this position..
