Responsibilities:
Oversees and manages the full spectrum of HR, Administration & Training functions.
Develops and implements HR policies and procedures, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training & development, employee welfare administration and payroll
Review, develop and implement HR & administrative common policies & standard operating procedures and monitor its compliances and effectiveness.
Handling and advises Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, terminations and other employee relation matters in compliances with local labour laws and immigration foreign workers matters.
Provide HR consulting and solutions to the management team in the development of strategic HRM systems and programs to help the company achieve its business objectives
Work with business unit managers to identify competency gaps of employees and build effective learning and development initiatives
Manage the day to day administration operations

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,  Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
