Responsibilities:
Handle HR functions such as manpower planning, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, staff discipline and employee relations matters
Maintain and update of employees records in database and p-files
Process monthly payroll and staff reimbursement
Prepare monthly HR reports
Manage and ensure smooth recruitment and resignation processes
Handle office administration such as office equipment leasing and maintenance
Make travel arrangements for Directors and staff
Liaise with vendors and suppliers on purchase of office items
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HRM/Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in HR
Conversant with office processing softwares
A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work independently
