Responsibilities:
1.  Assistant Sales Manager
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in managing daily schedules of the sales team, including leading and motivating to achieve turnover targets.
Act as the first escalation contact for the sales team.
Own and implement both short and long term plan of the company among the sales team to achieve set KPIs.
Manage key accounts.
The incumbent shall be a leader with business acumens. He/she should possess strong analytical skills, communicates well whether verbal, written or via media and definitely a team player.

An ability to communicate at senior management level will be preferred. and a proven track record in sales management will definitely help.

2. Senior Sales Executives / Sales Executives
Own and manage assigned customers to ensure a healthy business relationship is maintained and/or developed in order to grow revenue.
Seek out and established new customers to contribute towards sustainable business growth.
Ensure a timely and accurate response to customer enquiries and requests.
Manage debtor aging for assigned customers.
The incumbent shall possess a strong drive for success yet with good people skill, communicates well whether verbal, written or via media and definitely a team player.

Requirements:
For both positions above, 3 - 4 years of experience in a fast paced sales and marketing environment will be preferred.  Diploma /Degree in related discipline will also be a bonus but not a requirement.
 
A good command of written and spoken English, however, is very essential.  If you can also write and speak Chinese or Japanese, preference will be given to you.
