Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers on quality discrepancies, take appropriate decisions to fix quality issues in liaison with QA personnel of manufacturing operation

Provide technical / application support and product training to sales teams and distributors enabling them to achieve the design-wins at customers.

Keep abreast of the latest technological development/product application within the industry which may impact the company’s future business growth

Establish and maintain multi-level and multi-functional relationship with customers.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals and principles, Excellent communication and Excellent problem solving technique.
Preferred skill(s): good self-starter, Experience in board-level design.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Required language(s): Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Occasional traveling required.
